Bill Adams was born in Bryan and raised in El Paso, Texas. While studying at A & M, he worked as a part time ambulance driver.

After serving in the Navy as a Medic, Bill relocated with his wife and their two young daughters to Austin, Texas.

Once in Austin, he studied appraisals at the recommendation of his Father who himself owned a real estate company, Adams and Associates. Bill then, started an appraisal business with this father.

Shortly thereafter, he was offered a position with one of Austin’s premiere builders. He was recognized as one of their top salesmen, and consequently moved into residential sales.

Over the years, Bill became a real estate instructor and taught numerous real estate courses including Appraisal at various real estate schools.

Bill has met and worked with several real estate agents and Brokers in his 40+ years as a REALTOR® and Broker. In 2020, he met Mike Cusimano, the Broker and owner of Premiere Team Real Estate. After a few meetings, Bill saw the benefits and joined the team.
